Mr Samrat Mukherjee

Samrat Mukherjee is a Consultant Oesophago-gastric and Upper GI Surgeon at BHR University Hospitals NHS Trust.

He has undertaken his initial surgical training in Calcutta, India and Higher Surgical Training in London. He has trained at the Royal Marsden Hospital and University College London Hospital amongst others and had undertaken a fellowship at Queen Mary Hospital, Hong Kong.

His clinical interests are Oesophago-gastric cancers and Minimally invasive/Robotic surgery.

He has published numerous peer reviewed publications, abstracts and is reviewer of reputed journals.
